A couple of years ago when I first worked with the concept of fulfillment and my values a whole new world opened up, albeit slowly. Self-awareness took on a new meaning for me. A few years later, I am still learning my way around the territory. What seemed like a profound, yet simple set of concepts has more depth than I imagined. And, more potential as well. With the help of my personal coach and many peer coaches, I've developed a deep respect for the process of value clarification. The impact on my life has been considerable: more presence, clarity, congruity, harmony and better choices.

One month of personal coaching including three 40 minute sessions.
